Child Care Resource Network is no longer able to fingerprint.
Effective October 9, 2009,
OCFS is only accepting fingerprinting through a computerized imaging process known as LiveScan
Individuals that need to have fingerprints taken need to schedule an appointment
Before you schedule an appointment you need to complete a Request for NYS Fingerprinting Services Information Form.
When entering your license number do not include leading zeros or any letters.
(For example 0001234DC would be entered 1234)
Individuals must bring appropriate forms of identification to the fingerprinting appointment
as indicated on the back of the form.

If you have been fingerprinted within the past 4 years for child care and are changing employment locations you need a waiver.
Child Care Resource Network can still complete your
waiver's after your Licensor or Registrar has your fingerprint results.
