The applicant for the SAC Credential program offered by the Child Care Resource Network must meet the following eligibility requirements and submit records as instructed on the Application Form:
1. Be 18 years of age or older
2. Must currently provide care and work directly with school-age children
3. Must have a High School diploma or GED
4. Must have experience working with school-age children in an organized NYS registered or licensed program

The SAC Credential seminar instruction is competency-based.

Requirements include seminar instruction, completion of a Resource File and a Portfolio, field training/advisement, and a minimum of three observations.
