HOW TO APPLY TO BECOME A CACFP PROVIDER...
A provider must apply through a sponsoring agency in his/her area. The Child Care Resource Network is the sponsoring agency for CACFP for Family, Group Family and Legally Exempt child care providers in Erie County. Contact the Resource Network's CACFP office at 877-6666, extension 3063. A CACFP representative from the Resource Network will call to schedule a meeting with you. You will be asked to provide a complete set of references and information about your child care business.
If you are not a provider in Erie County, contact the sponsoring agency in your area.
