The Child Care Resource Network

Mission:    To support families, providers and the community by advancing and developing quality, accessible and affordable early care and education for all children.

   

The Child Care Resource Network is a member of a state and national system of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies.  The Resource Network has a Board of Directors comprised of a representative group of professionals in the field of Early Childhood Education and Care and the community at large. The staff of the Resource Network are professionals in the fields of Early Childhood Education and Care, Special Education, Human Services Communication.

  The Resource Network programs and services include:

  • training, technical assistance and grants for child care providers,
  • education and referral services to parents/guardians looking for child care options,
  • information and resources related to entering the early care profession and becoming a child care provider
  • statistical information about early care and education in Erie County for community, business and government.  
       
      Our vision for the future:  Quality early care and education for all children.

The Child Care Resource Network is a not-for-profit organization committed to the development of quality early care and education in Buffalo and Erie County. The Resource Network brings together parents, early care and education professionals, community members, business leaders and government agencies to help develop and support accessible, affordable quality child care for children and families in our community.  This collaboration values, respects, and nurtures cultural and individual differences.
