Fingerprinting

Fingerprint Waivers

If you have been fingerprinted within the past 4 years for child care and are adding or changing employment locations you need a fingerprint waiver. Being fingerprinting for a reason other than child care, such as a teaching license, does not mean you can get a waiver for child care.  You must have been fingerprinted for a child care program.

Child Care Resource Network can complete your waiver after your Licensor or Registrar has your fingerprint results. You can download the fingerprint waiver form, and fill it out prior to coming into our offices.  Waivers will be accepted between the business hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm weekdays.  Please make sure you bring valid picture ID and the license numbers of the program you were formerly fingerprinting for and the new program.
